Additional leave

Wellbeing
We’re proud to offer an award-winning wellbeing program, where we live and learn physical, mental and social wellbeing. In any given month, you could hear from an inspiring guest speaker, volunteer for social good or compete in a group fitness challenge. For the times when you need extra or individual support, we’ll provide you and your family members with free counselling or psychology sessions.

It’s not the number of years you’re here at EWOV, it’s what you do with them. Growth is important, which is why we have a capability budget for all staff that includes sponsorship to study, personal development opportunities tailored to you and a broader annual capability program across EWOV.
