Even though we have members of our scheme, we’re an independent and impartial service. That means we’re not on anyone’s side. We look at the facts and circumstances of every complaint to make a fair and reasonable decision as quickly as possible.

Most electricity, gas, LPG and water companies in Victoria are legally required to join EWOV as members. Since 1 July 2018, embedded networks in Victoria also need to join our scheme.
