Community events help build awareness of our service and inform customers about their rights and responsibilities. See our calendar below for upcoming events.

Presentations and stalls

We give presentations to community groups and conferences, participate in Bring Your Bills Days, and run information stalls at events and arrange case handling road trips across regional Victoria.

Open Days

We hold Open Days at our office for staff from community agencies, government and energy and water companies. You’ll learn more about EWOV and our external dispute resolution process and have the opportunity to talk with our conciliators and experts. Open Days run for two to four hours and we can tailor them to your interests.

EWOV Bill Power Event - Wodonga

Friday 6 October 2017 -

EWOV will have 30 minute face-to-face appointments with customers who have energy and water concerns at Uniting Wodonga, and at Upper Murray Family Care.

To talk to an Ombudsman representative about energy or water issues, you must contact one of the agencies in advance to make an individual appointment.
