Spotlight on affordability for large households
This quarter, we've looked at how affordability issues affect large households - those with six or more people.
We found that large households are overrepresented in EWOV credit cases and tend to show signs of greater financial difficulty.
Large households make up 8 % of credit cases, yet only 3% of Victorian households.
EWOV Credit case trends
In the April-June 2018 quarter, EWOV received 10 per cent more credit cases than in the same period the previous year.
