Credit cases overall were up 5% compared to last quarter, but 12% lower than the same time in 2016.
Actual energy disconnection and water restriction cases were up 24% compared to last quarter, driven primarily by a 44% increase in electricity disconnection complaints.
Wrongful Disconnection Payments were paid to 60% of customers who had an assessment of their energy disconnection finalised, up 9 percentage points compared to last quarter.
