Why can't I see the names of companies?

We de-identify some case data in the Data Hub in order to protect the confidentiality of customers, including companies they have a complaint about. Many participants in our scheme may have a limited number of customers, such as in embedded networks. We work closely with the energy and water companies that are participants of our scheme to identify issues and help improve customer outcomes that could positively impact customers and society.

Will you be adding any more views to the Data Hub?

We'll be adding more visualisations over time. Check back here for updates.

Why don't the figures match up with the annual report?

Data in the hub is 'live' up to the end of the month. Annual report data is based on comparisons of 'snapshot' data. Read our Disclaimer for more information.
