The Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) (EWOV) is a not-for-profit, independent and impartial dispute resolution service. We provide Victorian energy and water customers with free, accessible and informal dispute resolution. Your new role
As our new Learning and Development Officer, you’ll be responsible for delivering our annual in-house capability program through coaching and training.
You will design and deliver evidence-based flexible learning solutions tailored to supporting a high-performing, agile and engaged workforce.
You will play a vital role to our employee’s life at EWOV from on boarding, succession planning and leadership development.
You have a passion for learning and development and love to continually grow and bring to life innovative learning solutions using data and insights. You see building capability as a key component in driving engagement.
You’re an expert communicator with the ability to influence various stakeholders. Some people will say you are innovative, adaptable, collaborative, responsive and resilient.
What you'll need to succeed
- experience in training, workshop facilitation or learning and development
- experience in workplace coaching techniques
- relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational development, workplace coaching or training strongly desired
- experience in best practice investigations and negotiation strongly desired
