EWOV is the approved external dispute resolution scheme for companies operating in the electricity, gas and water industries in Victoria. In the EWOV context, these companies are commonly referred to as our Scheme Participants.

EWOV participation enables electricity and natural gas companies operating in Victoria to satisfy the requirement under their retail, distribution or transmission licence that they enter a dispute resolution scheme approved by the Essential Services Commission.
