    We draw on EWOV’s case data to make submissions to consultations undertaken by a range of government and non-government agencies.

    We also use it to produce a range of specific-purpose reports for scheme participants, regulators and government agencies—and our public six monthly and annual reports.

    We conduct regular surveys, especially of customer satisfaction and consumer awareness.
