VICTORIAN BUSHFIRES
EWOV extends its sympathies to everyone who has been affected by the fires in Victoria.
We have compiled a directory of the actions taken by electricity, gas and water companies in response to the fires so we can provide that information to customers and financial counsellors.
We have also approached all energy and local water companies seeking their assistance with flexibility and new strategies to assist their customers as a result of the fires.
Many electricity and gas retail companies have suspended payment collection in the affected areas.
