Electricity, natural gas and water
Notify each of your companies at least 3 calendar days before you move
Give a forwarding address for the final bill
Make sure all meters can be reached so they can be read.

Notify the company of your move-out date and it will stop any scheduled delivery.
If you live in a shared house and the account is in your name, make sure you let the company know who in the house is going to take over the account. If the account is left in your name after you’ve moved out, the energy retailer or water company may later chase you for a debt you know nothing about.
