Electricity and natural gas
Contact the retailer or retailers you have chosen at least two calendar days before you’re moving in — or 20 calendar days if it’s a new home not connected before

Water
Contact the local water company for the area where the home is located at least two calendar days before you want to move in.
If you’re not sure which water company that is, check the Essential Services Commission’s maps.
If you’re a tenant in a non-metropolitan area, it’s really the responsibility of the landlord to tell the water company you’re moving in, but we suggest you also ring the water company directly.
LPG
You can choose your own LPG retailer. If that retailer doesn’t own the tank or tanks already at the site, there will be a changeover of tanks. An LPG retailer is not obliged to offer you a service if serving your property is not commercially viable.
