Research and Communications Manager (RCM)

EWOV is currently seeking an RCM.

Reporting to the Ombudsman, and working as part of a small dedicated and professional team, the RCM is a new role responsible for complaint research, analysis, information and reporting (with internal and external stakeholders).

The team will consist of 2 Senior Research and Communications Officers, 3 Research and Communications Officers and a Communications Officer.

The salary package is $100,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation.

Conciliator and Intake Officers

Intake Officer

EWOV is currently seeking Intake Officers for a 12 month contract with a view to permanency. Part time and full time candidates will be considered.

Reporting to an Inquiry Team Manager, and working as part of a small dedicated and professional team, Intake Officers:
  • handle the receipt and processing of enquiries, mostly by phone;
  • refer cases for investigation to Conciliators;
  • refer relevant cases to providers and other organisations;
  • prepare initial correspondence to customers.
The salary package, inclusive of super, is $58,589.25.

Position Description: Intake Officer

Conciliator

EWOV is currently seeking Conciliators for a 12 month contract with a view to permanency. Part time and full time candidates will be considered.

Reporting to a Conciliation Team Manager, and working as part of a small dedicated and professional team, Conciliators work on multiple cases ranging from initial enquiry, through to case investigation and resolution. The cases range from simple to complex.

The salary package, inclusive of super, is $73,557.32.
